ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FUND MEMBERS

SOME HOUSEKEEPING ANNOUNCEMENTS:
  1. We are at 20 members now. We are expecting to hit 25 by June 30. 
  2. We are accepting membership dues via Square. I have a link at the top of the page. When you use it please only go to the $1,000.00 tab. It will take you to Square. It will give you an opportunity to set an appointment. When you set one it will setup a time for us to talk about your membership and welcome you aboard. I will then send you a membership kit including what I will need for your entry in the Membership Guide as well as the Investor Presentation. 
  3. We will be sending out the first financial report on August 1, 2019. So far we have only spent $1,700.00. 
  4. We will be doing a capital raise in excess of $100,000,000.00. I expect this to take 90 days. 
Capital Raise Solicitation and Marketing

  1.  This is a Regulation D 506(C) so we can solicit to the general public but only accept Accredited Investors. There will be a questionnaire on the presentation link they will be asked to fill out which grants them access to a live connection or being able to have a read only view of the presentation. 
  2. We will be putting ads onto Facebook, Google and some other media. This will be a 90 day targeted campaign.
  3. I have the ability to send emails to 10,000 pre screened real estate oriented Accredited Investors. I also have 200 family offices. 
  4. We will be attending the Pitbull Conference in October as a sponsor. In addition we will be attending the AAPL (American Association of Private Lenders) conference and completing the courses for Fund Manager and Compliance. We will be able to pitch at both conferences.
This fund brings the collective experience of 100 real estate investors together to increase their acquisition power and opportunities across the board. We will be able to lend/ invest into Single Family Purchase to rehab for flips and rentals, SFR 1-4, Multi Family 5+, Multi Family Syndications, Commercial, New Construction, Assisted Living and more...
