SO YOUR OFFER WAS ACCEPTED.. WHAT'S NEXT?

So you have found a property to acquire. Are you going to flip a house, rent a house or build generational wealth with multi family? Here are some things to consider:

  •  Will the price and terms of your accepted offer fit with a lender's product and guidelines?
  • Are you under 70% of After Repair Value? All-In?
  • Do you have the funds for the down payment and closing costs?
