PRE CONFERENCE CALL QUESTIONS

I have had a few questions come up. Some new ideas. But so far everything is being received well and this will be a very popular concept. It is being called Revolutionary and NECESSARY!

I came up with some of these questions myself. Just some thoughts before we start the calls.

  1.  When will the launch take place? A: I am planning on June 15. I will file the Form D on EDGAR. I will have the presentation, PPM and funnels ready. The other paperwork goes into creating the SEC compliant paperwork. There are 80 documents involved.
  2. Do you have to invest into the fund to participate? A:  If you are not an Accredited Investor you will not be able to invest. If you are then yes you can. Members will have a 2 payment contribution equal to $2,500.00. More on that in another question.
  3. What are the details on the membership contribution? A: The member contribution will be paid in 2 increments. $1,000.00 and $1,500.00. The final payment will only be due and payable once the fund has met a minimum threshold of AI investment of $1,000,000.00. The initial payment of $1,000.00 contributes directly to the expenses of the launch, raise, marketing and events necessary to secure AI subscription. If we are not successful in meeting the minimum threshold by December 31 then the 2nd increment payments will be cancelled and the remaining funds will be returned to each member. A full transparent open door tracking and accounting will be provided by posting on this blog, in member newsletters, verified by board members and a full audit. 
  4. What will the Accredited Investors be asked to subscribe at? A: We will have 5,000 units at $25,000.00. $125,000,000.00
  5. Who will administer the funds? A: The funds will be administered by a committee made up of by 3 Board Members whom the CFO will report to. Funds will only be released after a formal written request is approved and those funds will be deposited into the Transaction Coordinator's account overseen by 3 separate Board Members. 
  6. Will there be a Loan Servicing company? A: YES!!! We will have a loan servicing company handle the loans after closing. We will also use 3rd party title and escrow companies, appraisers and insspectors for rehab work draws. 
  7.  Will the company charge for a management fee? A: Yes. 3%. This will cover salaries, benefits, expenses, rent, marketing, events and operations. 
  8. Who does the management work for? A: The membership. Overseen by the Board of Directors. 
  9. Will there be additional funds launched? A: Yes. I would like to launch a Regulation A Tier 2. I would also like to have additional funds for specific larger acquisitions such as multi family, commercial and to buy large blocks of wholesale properties for our members. 
  10. Will PMA continue to operate as a Broker? A: Yes. We will have a separate division for that. We also look to develop an Education and Coaching company and additional companies as we feel a need exists for.
