We also will send you an extensive Borrower's Checklist.
You will need to have an LLC or Corporation, a business bank account and reserves.
All of our lenders require you to bring 10% to the closing table, you can have a JV or seller carryback.
There is never an upfront fee but some have a small $199.00 application fee.
You will need an Appraisal from their approved list. You will need title work and hazard insurance.
For a rehab loan you will need a scope of work, a rehab draw schedule and a General Contractor with insurance.
