PMA's Closed Membership Fund

OK Everyone,



I will be sending out the membership enrollment form on Monday. I am planning on conference calls on Tuesday and Wednesday and opening membership on Wednesday. I have been asked how many partners/members/sponsors I need to pull this off. I just need 5 to actually do the PPM, 506(C) and marketing plan. Having a full membership would allow me to represent you at the 2 pitbull conferences and other capital events. I am planning on adding in a multi family program and eventually fund 2 and fund 3 which will be crowdfunded under Regulation A Tier 2. 



You are the sponsors. You will have collective credibility with Accredited Investors. Each one of you will be asked to provide by may 31st a headshot, biography, values statement and your real estate portfolio including returns your investors MAY expect.

PMA works for you. Once we are in the process of having the fund subscribed we will elect a board of directors, name a CFO and hire an Underwriter and Compliance Officer. 


As members you are the only ones who will have access to these funds. I am asking investors for $100,000,000.00 which would allow each of you potentially have 1 million dollars for your credit line which will revolve as you complete rehabs and close sales.
